Dr. Gupta is an Internist and Nutritionist who has been in active clinical practice in Northern Virginia since 1985. She received her training in Internal Medicine in affiliation with Georgetown University. She has been actively involved in teaching medical Students and Residents and is on Faculty at VCU-Medical College of Virginia.

Dr. Gupta has particular interests in the fields of nutrition and holistic healing, especially with reference to diabetes, hypertension and cardio-vascular disease, obesity and stress management. She has extensive experience in clinical research and has been an investigator in multiple clinical trials over the last 20 years. Dr. Gupta is on staff at Inova Fairfax and Alexandria Hospitals.
